Email our team at support@zelanya.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are final and non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
